Teeth Whitening
Teeth whitening involves lightening the colour of a tooth. Even patients with excellent oral hygiene can suffer from some discolouration of their teeth. To allow the process to work a mould of your teeth is taken and the lab technician will construct custom made trays to hold the whitening agent. These trays are normally worn for 2-3 hours a day every evening until the desired colour change is achieved. Instructions for this process will be given to you by your dentist and regular review appointments will be made to check the progress of the whitening.
