The Practice Plan Patient Portal allows you to manage your membership and access important information about your dental plan.

Worldwide Emergency Dental Assistance

Eligible Practice Plan members have access to the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme, which provides support in the event of a qualifying dental emergency, dental trauma or certain oral health conditions.

The scheme is available whether you are in the UK or travelling abroad and may provide assistance towards the cost of emergency treatment and other eligible benefits.
