We are delighted to announce that Sabina Camber, a hygienist at Torrington Dental Practice (TDP), has been elected to the National Executive of the British Society of Dental Hygiene & Therapy (BSDHT). Sabina was previously the South-West Peninsula Regional Group Representative and will continue in that role.
The BSDHT is the largest professional organisation that practises dental hygienists and therapists in the UK, and it strives to promote the highest standards of care for patients.
Sabina Camber has been an integral part of the Torrington Dental Practice team for 23 years and has been the central figure in implementing the Mental Health and Wellness in Dentistry Framework at the practice. Her work has been recognised nationally, and she has now been asked to lead a similar initiative for hygienists across the UK.
This is an incredible achievement and is recognition of the experience, knowledge, and passion which Sabina brings to the profession.
