Gemma Bealey joined us as a dental nurse in 2014 but left to continue her studies in dental therapy and hygiene at the University of Liverpool.
On 16 July, Gemma was awarded her Diploma—with Distinction—having returned fully qualified to the practice. Gemma says she “couldn’t be happier” to be back helping patients, old and new, maintain a clean, healthy mouth.
Rhys Gabe was presented with his MSc in Restorative Dentistry by Plymouth University on 24 July, having also passed with Distinction.
Rhys has been a partner at the practice since 2005 and specialises in advanced restorative dentistry.
As the clinical lead for sedation, he also has a special interest in treating anxious patients, who can now rest assured that at TDP, they really are in the hands of a Master!
