Meet Toni Batty: Your Practice Manager

Toni Batty, our Practice Manager, joined Torrington Dental Practice back in 1999, initially as a receptionist as part of the admin team. As the practice developed, so did her role, and in 2003, Toni was appointed as the Dental Practice Manager.

In 2007, Toni graduated from the Open University with a BSc (Hons) in Social Policy. She also completed her Diploma in Management with the Institute of Leadership and Management and, in 2018, was awarded an MBA in Healthcare from Plymouth University.

Toni plays a pivotal role in ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly and that every patient receives the highest level of service.
