Meet Anna Jourdan – Dentist with a particular interest in oral surgery

Anna Jourdan graduated from Peninsula Dental School and has loved calling the Southwest home ever since. During her training, she developed a particular interest in oral surgery and looks forward to continuing to build her skills in this area, alongside expanding her knowledge across all aspects of general dentistry.
Anna enjoys learning and is excited to continue developing throughout her career as she gains new experience.
For Anna, one of the most rewarding parts of dentistry is getting to know her patients. She believes helping people feel comfortable and at ease is just as important as the treatment itself and enjoys building trusting relationships that allow her to work with patients towards the best possible outcome. Whether it’s a routine check-up or more involved treatment, Anna aims to create a relaxed, supportive environment where patients feel listened to and confident in their care.
Outside of dentistry, Anna is happiest when she’s being active. She plays hockey, netball and tennis, and will happily have a go at almost any ball or racket sport. Having grown up in an inland town, water sports didn’t come naturally, but after spending the last five years in the Southwest, she has been making the most of the coastline and gradually improving her sea skills.
